Learn to Swim Program

Four Progressive Levels

Our Learn to Swim program offers 1-hour classes designed for students aged 6 and above. We provide four progressive levels, each focused on building essential skills step by step. Our coaches nurture every child to grow in confidence, develop strong swimming technique, and most importantly, enjoy the water.

Beginner

Focuses on building foundational water confidence and basic swimming skills.

Swimmers learn to kick using a kickboard while developing comfort and confidence in the water. This level is the perfect starting point for new swimmers aged 6+ who are beginning their swimming journey.

Beginner+

Focuses on developing stroke technique without flotation aids.

Swimmers can swim 25 metres freestyle and backstroke independently, building endurance while refining basic stroke technique with increased confidence.

Intermediate

Focuses on mastering multiple strokes with proper technique.

Swimmers can swim 25 metres freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke with correct form. This level emphasises stroke refinement and building swimming stamina across all learned strokes.

Advanced

Focuses on fluent swimming across all major strokes, with the introduction of butterfly.

Swimmers can swim 25 metres freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke fluently, and are beginning to learn butterfly. This level emphasises advanced technique refinement and competitive stroke development.
